“Whatever God has placed within you that could ever be described as great was never meant for you, anyway.
It’s a stewardship that has
been given to you.
Greatness never belongs to the one who carries it; it belongs to the world that needs it.”
Erwin Raphael McManus –
The Way of the Warrior

(my strength is not as an individual,
but as a collective)

Your passion and conviction to follow Jesus and love people are what got you to where you are. However, this can be an incredibly isolating and challenging vocation.
You weren’t designed to do it alone and on the SOUL Journey, you are invited to join a cohort of peers to learn, grow and transform together, for the sake of the gospel in Aotearoa.

SOUL

The ability to hold conviction and resilience over the long haul, requires each leader to know and understand their unique gifting and wiring.
The SOUL journey is designed to enable you to experience spiritual formation specific to your own vocational call. Within a community of peers, you will be resourced to articulate your call and create sustainable rhythms and practices that will enable you to partner with Jesus in community transformation.

Our 18 Month, part-time programme takes leaders on a journey: to be led more by Jesus, lead more like Jesus and lead more to Jesus.

The SOUL leaders programme is designed around three modules,
utilising four main vehicles.
- 3 x residential retreats
(live-in, Monday to Thursday),
- a guided reading and spiritual conversations forum,
- a cohort of peers,
- a personally tailored leadership development plan.
