LEAD is designed to enhance organisational leadership competencies and nurture character transformation for faith-based leaders who seek to bring change and resilience to their teams, organisations, and churches.

However, it can be incredibly isolating and some of the challenges you face are complex in nature.

LEAD is designed to create cohorts of peers who together grow in relationship, skill, and resilience for the work you are called to.

THE JOURNEY INCLUDES:

It is a 12-month, part-time, cohort journey featuring 3 x 3-day residentials where you will have input from leading experts who have sat in your seat.

Alongside this, you will discover other peers who will provide you with both courage and expertise.

Each residential journey includes the tools and rhythms required to embed this learning into your life and leadership.
