Home is a 12-month leadership development programme for couples to explore their vocation, calling, wiring and gifting.  It is aimed at helping couples who have faith-based roles, or where one is a church/for-purpose leader and the other works in a different field, get on the same page about their missional call together. 

Home aims to foster deeper understanding, communication, and alignment between partners, enabling them to support each other’s individual growth while building a cohesive vision for their life together.

On the 2 x 2 day residentials you will discern and articulate your individual and household missional call and each couple will engage in an individualised coaching programme that enables households to develop and embed their values, vision, and vocational call.
