Our four Arrow residential retreat weeks are held at Vaughan Park Retreat Centre, Auckland.

Fees
Our programme cost is subsidised by donations and grants
The fee for the 2021/22 programme is $2,850 +GST per year*, which covers:
- All residential retreats — accommodation, meals, tuition
- Programme materials
- One-on-one mentoring support
- Reading programme
- Leadership assessment tools
All successful applicants will be required to pay an initial deposit of $500 on acceptance. The balance of the fees will be invoiced in instalments over the 2 years of the programme.
Each participant is responsible for transport costs to the residential retreats and for the purchase of books for the reading programme.
*We are offering a $350 discount on the first year's fee for all applications received by Friday 19 March 2021.
Partnership Fund
Arrow Leadership, through its partnership fund, is pleased to assist participants by offering funds that supplement applicants' fundraising efforts where participation would otherwise not be possible.
Please note:
- Applications to the Partnership Fund can be made once an applicant has been accepted for the Arrow programme.
- Approval of funding from the Partnership Fund is not guaranteed and is contingent upon available resources and requests for support.
- Support from the Partnership Fund offsets only a portion of the Arrow fees.
- All information supplied is confidential to the Arrow director and the members of the Partnership Fund subcommittee.
- A necessary skill in serving as a leader is the ability to raise financial support for ministry activity. All Partnership Fund applications will be considered in light of the fundraising efforts of the applicant.
