Programme Overview

Our 2-year part time programme takes emerging leaders on a profound journey (to be led more by Jesus, lead more like Jesus and lead more to Jesus), and includes:

Arrow Leadership Programme

Component 1: Residential Retreats

Four one-week residential retreats, featuring experienced and creative Christian leaders and a cutting-edge curriculum. Participants live-in at Vaughan Park Retreat Centre, Auckland from Monday to Friday.

Component 2: Reading Programme

Each participant is given a list of books to read and engage with during the programme. This list develops themes addressed in the residential retreats.

Component 3: Mentoring

Each participant meets regularly for mentoring with an experienced Christian leader.
